THIS GUY! We’re flying out to Vegas tomorrow night and staying for 3 days. Holy hell are we ready, both our jobs have been major pains in the ass.
Anyone know of any good seafood restaurants in Vegas? I hate seafood but my partner loves it, and I want to take him to one for his birthday.

Not sure about seafood, but Komex Fusion is an awesome little hole in the wall place that mixes Korean and Mexican. One of the best places my wife and I went to when we were there last year.
Also, if y’all have the time, there’s the Shelby Museum and The Auto Collections in the Linq. Both were pretty cool.

I recommend fishing in the Colorado River and frying up your catch on an asphalt parking lot at high noon.
In seriousness, have fun!

If you get a chance check out Madam Tussauds, the Hard Rock Cafe, and the Mandalay Bay Aquarium. And I guess Chippendale’s if that’s your kind of thing. What hotel are you staying at?

SLS Las Vegas.
Thanks for the suggestions, I think we’ll probably do some of those. I think we’re also going to check out the Hoover Dam at some point.
I think he’s dragging me to Chippendales while we’re there. I mean, I wouldn’t kick any of ‘em out of bed, but not a fan of overly hairless guys.

My dad would love that!
I somehow managed to not get any of the fishing or hunting genes though.

This’ll be my first time in Vegas, I’m excited. Hope I come back with at least some of my money!

If you can stomach heights, you need to do the rides on top of the Stratosphere. There’s also a rotating restaurant in the spire that offers the best views of the city.

Stratosphere point ride at night! You gotta do it! You’ll have fun I know it.

My dad is out fishing right this moment... I too never really found it that enjoyable. I only ever did it to spend time with him and my grandfather.

I still like being outdoors and camping and all that, I just have no desire to fish. Too bad, it’s a great excuse to drink beer all afternoon and smoke cigars.

I live in Vegas (Henderson really), Joe’s Stone Crab at the Forum Shops is pretty amazing for sea food. If you like Vietnamese food “Pho Kim Long” is my favorite.

That one keeps showing up in all the lists of the best seafood restaurants there. I think that might be the one.
